How Do I Buy a Short Sale: About this web site
Here's some general information about us, including what we do, how we operate and how to contact and work with us:
Legal and Accounting Disclaimer
We set this web site up to share basic information about real estate investment analysis and taxation. The site also sells a pdf version of the website's information.
The web site is not intended to replace the services of a competent legal, tax or business advisor. We do not provide legal, accounting or business advice. Sorry. If legal or other expert assistance is required, the services of a professional should be sought.
Money Back Guarantee Refund Info
If for any reason you feel you didn't get the information you wanted in one of our ebooks, contact us at steve.nelson@stephenlnelson.com and request a refund within 60 days. We happily refund payments.
Our Rant about So-called Anti-spam filters
Please add steve.nelson@stephenlnelson.com to your authorized email senders list! Otherwise, we won't be able to send you email.
Note: We don't respond to challenge-and-response spam filtering programs... you know the kind we mean, right? One person sends you a message but a third party intercepts the message and tells the sender he needs to prove he's a real person... then, and only then, will the sender's message be delivered to you... The sender, slightly frustrated, tries to prove he's real. But of course the website doesn't work right... or is too busy. So sender tries again. And again. And again. And again. And again... Arghhhhhh!
